Managing invoices
Once you've added timesheets for a project you can then easily create an invoice and send it to your client. You can also send a PDF version of the invoice. Once your client receives the invoice they can either transfer to your bank or pay through the 'Pay this invoice' button on your invoice which is integrated with PayPal.
Invoicing particulars
The interface allows you to select particular timesheets to attach to the invoice, set payment due date, add tax/gst and an invoice reference. Overdue invoices are automatically displayed in your account.
In settings you can manage your company logo which will appear on all invoices, set your currency and your bank details.

Send invoices to your clients from your iPhone or Blackberry
Generate a PDF vesion of the invoice
Send a copy of the invoice to yourself
Set tax/gst for each invoice
Preview the invoice before you send it
Add your company logo to your invoices
Add your bank details to your invoices
Add a Pay Now (PayPal) button to your invoices
